When they arrive at the friend’s home, however, the Doctor finds an ambulance parked outside and the home deserted. Peeking through a window, Donna witnesses a startling death. Something is alive in the house, and it seems to be very hungry. Is it just an abandoned pet, or is it something far more sinister?

 Attack of the Fan Girls

This is merely a very short, playful piece,  poking fun at the Doctor’s new sexed-up 21st century image.

UPDATE FROM PLAYWRITE27—

Thanks to a friend’s suggestion, I found Google Docs online, which is a free wordproccessing website. Eventually, I do plan on finishing the two unfinished works on here, but for now, I’m focusing on something all new. It’s a short 10th Doctor story  (short, if it doesn’t get away from me, that is). I’ll be writing it one chapter at a time, starting 22nd Jan. 2010. Actually, I just wrote the first chapter half an hour ago (it’s now 10pm EST) as I write this. It hasn’t got a title yet, and the chapter I’ve posted is posted just exactly as I wrote it, off the top of my head. ..so, chances are you may find some errors I might have missed, cos’ I’ve not done the spell check yet–taking a break for a late supper. Cheers. NBG (playwrite27).

Additional update, 23rd Jan.

The new story is slowly coming along, and now has a title, “The Missing.” –playwrite27

UPDATE for 28th Jan.: Chapter Six of The Missing is completed, and, additionally, I’ve taken the time to go back and edit the previous chapters, and hopefully have corrected most–if not all, of the spelling and/or grammar errors.

Though the minus 12 C to minus 21.6 C temps outside, made sitting here for an hour or so,  with my feet resting on the very chilly, uninsulated wood floor of my bedroom, just a wee  bit of a misery, here’s chapter seven done with, in The Missing. Chapter eight should be on its way in a day, or possibly by Tuesday evening at the latest, eastern time here in the USA, barring any unforseen illness or injury or other crisis. –playwrite27, 30th Jan. 2010.

Chapter 8 of The Missing added at 22.00pm 31st Jan. 2010. Chapter 9 posted 1st Feb. Chap. 10 posted 5th Feb. Chap. 11 posted 6th Feb.

NOTICE: 6th Feb. 2010. My keyboard is playing up, so I may or may not be able to finish The Missing. I just don’t know how much longer that will be. But, until that time, I will continue writing.

However, if the keyboard does die, replacing it may not be a simple matter, as my income is what some people call “fixed,” and not really conductive to making emergency purchases of frivolous things like keyboards. Therefore, I just wanted to warn any readers, that the story may or may not be able to be completed. It’s a bit iffy, at the moment…but, I DO intend to complete this, I’m trying, anyway.

A short chapter, chap 12, posted on 7th Feb….part of the big reveal, if anyone is actually reading this.
